About Glitch

Glitch is building an AI marketing platform for B2B companies that fundamentally changes how paid acquisition is run. Today, Glitch already operates Google Ads end to end for customers. We do not simply connect accounts or surface dashboards. Glitch handles onboarding, campaign creation, optimisation, measurement and reporting, replacing fragmented tools and manual processes with a system customers can tailor and rely on.

The result is a step change in clarity, control and performance. Customers move from reactive campaign management to predictable, explainable outcomes.

Our customers are now asking us to deliver the same transformation for Meta. This role exists to expand the Glitch platform beyond Google and apply the same level of rigour, automation and product thinking to Meta, based directly on customer demand.

Mission

Build Glitch’s Meta capability from the ground up into a world class AI product.

You will take Meta from a supported channel to a core part of the Glitch platform that runs reliably for thousands of accounts. You will own how customers experience Meta inside Glitch, from onboarding and setup through to optimisation, performance understanding, workflows, guardrails and cross channel reporting.

This is a commercially driven role with a strong execution focus. Approximately two thirds of your time will be spent working directly with customers and their accounts. The remaining third will be spent turning those learnings into a better, more scalable product.

This is a scrappy, high ownership role. You will do unglamorous work, move fast, and turn real world complexity into something simple and dependable.

What you will own

Meta as a product from zero to one

You will define what Meta inside Glitch actually is.

You will design the core Meta experience including key workflows, defaults, safety checks and user journeys.

You will ship the first clear and repeatable customer path:

  • Connecting Meta assets including business managers, ad accounts, pixels and catalogues
  • Verifying tracking quality across pixel, CAPI and key events
  • Launching campaigns through Glitch with predictable and explainable outcomes

You will turn real customer workflows into productised steps rather than best practice documents.

Customer delivery and optimisation

You will own customer outcomes on Meta.

You will:

  • Manage and optimise Meta ad accounts directly
  • Diagnose performance issues and make optimisation decisions
  • Design clean, effective account structures
  • Work closely with customers to understand goals, constraints and success criteria

This hands on account work is critical. It is how the product improves and how trust is built with customers.

Scaling Meta from early customers to thousands

You will help turn early success into a repeatable commercial product.

You will:

  • Standardise campaign structures, budgets, naming conventions and reporting
  • Build guardrails that prevent common mistakes and costly errors
  • Capture what works and turn it into product defaults and playbooks
  • Ensure Meta performance through Glitch is reliable, consistent and easy to manage at scale

Measurement and cross channel clarity

You will help define how customers understand performance.

You will:

  • Shape how Meta performance is reported and explained inside Glitch
  • Define clear KPIs, attribution assumptions and performance narratives
  • Help scope AI driven insights that surface issues early and highlight what is working

Your goal is that customers can understand performance without needing to be Meta experts.

Partnership with Engineering

You will work closely with Engineering to bring the product to life.

You will:

  • Translate customer needs and platform complexity into clear product requirements
  • Help prioritise the roadmap based on customer impact and commercial value
  • Be involved throughout shipping, learning and iteration
  • Act as a key voice for customer outcomes and product quality

What we are looking for

You are

  • A commercially minded operator who can do the work personally and then turn it into a system
  • Deeply experienced with Meta Ads and focused on outcomes rather than tactics
  • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
  • Highly focused on impact and prioritisation
  • Motivated by ownership and early stage ambiguity

Must haves

  • Strong, hands on Meta account management experience at meaningful spend
  • Deep understanding of Meta optimisation including learning phase behaviour, delivery dynamics, Advantage Plus and ASC, creative fatigue, attribution constraints, and pixel and CAPI setup
  • Proven ability to take messy, manual processes and turn them into something reliable and scalable
  • Clear product instincts with the ability to translate customer pain into workflows and features
  • Strong analytical judgement around performance data, tracking quality and measurement trade offs
  • Clear, confident communicator with customers and internal teams

Nice to haves

  • Experience building tooling or automation around ad platforms
  • Comfort working with data and dashboards
  • Familiarity with AI driven products or decision systems
  • Understanding of experimentation, incrementality and measurement nuance

How we work

  • High trust and high ownership
  • Everything can be your job
  • Ship quickly, learn from customers, and harden what works

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of Ireland most exciting early-stage startups where your work has a direct impact.
