When Open Forest partnered with Glitch in July 2025, they were entering the Irish market with established competitors and no prior search advertising history. Without existing data to draw on, the priority was to build carefully — validating Google Search as a lead channel and establishing the right foundations before scaling investment.

What We Did

Glitch built the account from the ground up with precision targeting from day one, ensuring every euro of early spend generated the data needed to optimise effectively. As performance signals matured, campaigns were refined and expanded — shifting from validation to scaling only once the unit economics were clearly working.

The Outcome

Between January and March 2026, the results were decisive. Conversion rate rose from 0.57% to 45.44% — a reflection of how well-calibrated targeting, combined with a properly structured account, drives outsized returns as campaigns reach maturity.
